Do you want to sharpen your eye, loosen up your artwork and explore new ways of working with colour, pattern and texture? In this workshop we “paint with paper”, using translucent, textured and printed paper pieces to create expressive collage artworks that are inspired by your own photos and/or prior landscape or cityscape paintings.
In this collage workshop, we will be working with coloured/printed collage papers to create images of landscapes on paper. We will obtain inspiration from photos or plein air paintings. Topics covered during the workshop will include colour theory, composition & atmospheric perspective – all integral to my collage technique.
