Dear Members,

Thank you for renewing your 2020 membership!

The new KAS on-line website payment system worked smoothly for most of members who are e-literate.

Other members were able to renew by the past payment methods of cheque and Direct Deposit.

The KAS new payments, verification, and follow up system was automated in many ways to help our KAS volunteer officers carry out the many administrative functions required behind the scenes in any society or organisation.

As we plan our society to stay up with modern day practices, we are ensuring all members are catered for, and if possible, assist when required to update and to help them enter the fast moving new e-world.

Our next project – an automated Exhibition Entry System, is well advanced having just passed its phase one testing by the KAS Committee. This will dilute the significant workload on our KAS Volunteer Officers associated with making the KAS Art Exhibitions such a success.

As this is written and as we enter the 3rd week of the COVID-19 lock down, our website and e-communications are already proving a valuable communication tool to many members, and activities being implemented by your KAS Committee will hopefully dilute any feelings of isolation.

Best Wishes,

KAS Web Team

Dear Fellow Members,

As we embark on another exciting KAS Art Event filled year 2020, we request Members to please renew their annual KAS Membership.

You will receive an email with instructions from our KAS Secretary, Jan Harrington-Johnson on the membership renewal process.

When you log in to your KAS Member account, you should be presented with an on line payment screen.

This year we prefer that you renew on-line through this KAS Website. This will enable immediate automatic processing for your 2020 KAS Membership and enable instant access to your member discount for 2020 Workshops and for Exhibiting Members to entry for the upcoming March Autumn Exhibition at the St Ives Village Gallery.

There is alternative Membership renewal and payment by Cheque or by Direct Bank Deposit. Your membership will then be updated after payment receipt is confirmed.

Your Membership Renewal is requested by 15th February, or latest end February 2020.
