Dear KAS Members,
Your new Webmaster has transitioned from “L’s” to “P” thanks to Bec’s training sessions end 2014 and early 2015.
Just to reiterate, Rebecca Gray (“Bec”) has done an amazing job over the past years, initially setting up the KAS website, then further developing and enhancing it up to what it is today. Bec’s web and computer skills have greatly benefited KAS and as President Malcolm Carver has expressed, the Society is extremely grateful to Bec for all her efforts.
The website as of this time (Mid March 2015) is pretty well fully loaded across all information categories through to second half 2015. Special thanks to Thomi and Charmaine for feeding me information on Workshops or on Guest Artist speakers at our meetings. Thank you also to Linda, for producing a great monthly KAS newsletter that I can pirate copy from.
In my last lesson with Bec, we built a new gallery page for Bruce Harkness. If I do say so myself, it looks pretty good ! So if you are thinking of displaying your artworks on the KAS website, check the instructions (under Gallery) and send through your works !
So if anyone is actually looking at, ourkas.com.au , let us know what you think, any change suggestions or updates, new ideas for content ? Lets have some feedback !
Best wishes, Bryan
