Artist
An energetic expressive artist and art teacher from the northern beaches, Fiona Verity loves to draw and paint coastal landscapes, birds and animals, especially pelicans. “I love to try and capture a moment in a drawing. I don’t work from photos. When you work from a photo it’s static.“
Irwin Greenburg said “Draw everywhere and all the time. An artist is a sketchbook with a person attached.” Could have been describing Fiona!
Fiona will share her love of experimenting and finding different marks and new ways of using media.
Fiona will guide you to find or develop your own visual language and mark marking through her contemporary approach.
